But not just time tracking for resources, instead, an ideal project manager would replace the timeclock all together. Timeclocks just tell employers if their employees are ‘’on the clock’’ but not what employees are doing on the clock. Knowing how much time has been devoted to what, really helps managers ensure productivity and results.
